The ACSV is pleased to make official SVC 2025 logos and graphics available to attendees and presenters for promotional purposes. To ensure their appropriate use, please adhere to the following guidelines:

Intellectual Property – All logos and graphics remain the intellectual property of ACSV. By downloading and using these materials, you agree not to alter, modify, or create derivative works from them.
Permitted Use – Attendees and presenters may use the provided graphics (e.g., “I’m attending SVC 2025” or “I’m presenting at SVC 2025”) to share their involvement in the event.
Prohibited Use – The ACSV logo must not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership beyond participation in the event. It must not be applied to materials that are commercial, political, or otherwise misrepresent ACSV’s position.
Respect & Integrity – Graphics must be used in a manner that upholds the values of ACSV, including respect, inclusion, and student empowerment.

ACSV reserves the right to request the removal of any unauthorised or inappropriate use of its intellectual property.
