The Australian Council for Student Voice (ACSV) is the peak body and professional association dedicated to development and promotion of student voice, agency, and partnerships in education. As a membership-based organisation, ACSV brings together students, educators, researchers, school leaders, policymakers, and industry partners.

In submitting this application, I declare that:

I wish to become a member of the Australian Council for Student Voice Ltd., and support the purposes of the organisation;

I am over 18 years old, or I have my parent/guardian's permission to participate;

I acknowledge that my membership is subject to the Constitution of the Australian Council for Student Voice Ltd. As a Member, I will uphold the values of the Australian Council for Student Voice Ltd., and will not engage in conduct that is unbecoming of a Member; and

In the unlikely event it is required in the future, I undertake to contribute up to the amount of the Guarantee of One Dollar (AUD $1.00) for the payment of the debts and liabilities of the Company including the costs of the winding up as required by the Constitution if the Company is wound up. I acknowledge this undertaking will continue for one year after I cease to be a Member.

We exist to champion student voice, not by speaking on behalf of students, but by empowering them to advocate for themselves. Through events, training, and knowledge-sharing, we support individuals and communities to drive meaningful change.

Our vision is an education system where student voice is not just heard, but valued, embedded, and actioned. In 2019 we committed to a body that will facilitate events, share knowledge, and develop leading practice to achieve this goal - and that is what we’re doing.
