We are a national peak body who brings together students, educators, school leaders, academics, policy makers, and industry through events like the 2019 Conference, and through the continual sharing of knowledge.

Our community of praxis emphasises the importance of integrating practice and theory to support the development of teaching and pedagogy. This group is primarily for teachers, teacher educators, and academics in the world of student voice and education.

Our Story

We’re for leaders and learners.

We're the national peak body for the promotion and development of student voice. We exist to champion student voice, not by speaking on behalf of students, but by empowering them to advocate for themselves. Through events, training, and knowledge-sharing, we support individuals and communities to drive meaningful change.

Our vision is an education system where student voice is not just heard, but valued, embedded, and actioned. In 2019 we committed to a body that will facilitate events, share knowledge, and develop leading practice to achieve this goal - and that is what we’re doing.
