2. Definitions
2.1 Us, We, Our, and ACSV refers to the Company known as the Australian Council for Student Voice Ltd. (ACN 672 202 078). This includes, without limitation, our Board of Directors, Staff, Volunteers, the General Editor, Associate Editors, and Editorial Board, and any other individuals who we may engage to act on our behalf.
2.2 You and reader, refers to yourself as an individual who has access to the content provided by us.
2.3 Digital Platforms includes, without limitation, the website at the domain "studentvoice.org.au", and any other such platforms, services, or mediums that we may make available to you from time to time.
2.4 ReConnectEd refers to the ReConnectEd Publication (ISSN 2653-844X) in any format through which we make this content available on our digital platforms.
3. Scope
3.1 The Australian Council for Student Voice Ltd. (ACSV) is committed to the continual sharing of knowledge.
3.2 As such, ACSV makes the following statement regarding the preparation, access, and use of all content for the publication ReConnectEd.
4. Preparation of ReConnectEd
4.1 All submissions undergo a rigorous peer review. The process includes initial screening and a formal peer review by two independent reviewers drawn from a panel of recognised authorities among Australian and/or international contributors.
4.2 The ACSV reserves the right to edit articles at our own discretion unless otherwise negotiated.
4.3 We have used our best endeavours to ensure that the information is correct and current at the time of publication, but take no responsibility for any error, omission, or defect therein.
4.4 No claim is made as to the accuracy or authenticity of the content of the publication. The ACSV and the Editorial Board make no representations, either expressed or implied, as to the suitability of any content for any particular purpose. Information, data and advice on this website is provided on the basis that site users undertake responsibility for assessing the relevance and accuracy of its content.
4.5 Any opinions expressed by the authors are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the ACSV.
5. Access to ReConnectEd
5.1 Access to ReConnectEd is granted solely at the discretion of the ACSV. Your access privileges may be revoked at any time and without prior notification by the ACSV.
5.2 Data collected during your access to ReConnectEd is governed by our Privacy Policy.
6. Use of ReConnectEd
6.1 The content of ReConnectEd is the property of the ACSV unless otherwise negotiated.
6.2 Unless otherwise specified, the content of ReConnectEd should be used under our Open Access Policy.
6.3 The credit required by the Open Access Policy must be given to both the author identified in the publication and the ACSV.
7. Authorisation
7.1 This policy was authorised by the National Office on Monday, 01 April 2024.
