Welcome to Volume 2, Issue 2
It is my great pleasure to introduce this edition of ReConnectEd, a publication dedicated to amplifying student voices and showcasing their remarkable stories. First, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Linh Dang, ReConnectEd’sinaugural editor, for her outstanding leadership over the past two years. It has been a privilege to work alongside her, and we wish her every success as she takes on new challenges.
This issue centres on the theme of global citizenship and its connections to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We are deeply grateful to the students who have shared their experiences, insights, and visions for a better future. Their stories inspire us to think critically and act collectively in addressing some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
As we look ahead, preparations for Volume 3 of ReConnectEd are already underway. If you would like to contribute, I encourage you to reach out to Thomas Maguire-Nguyen, who will be leading the next edition: Thomas.Maguire-Nguyen@reconnected.studentvoice.org.au.
Thank you for joining us in celebrating student voice and action. We hope this issue inspires you as much as it has inspired us.
Mitch Sprague
Executive Director, ACSV
